RETURN AND REIMBURSEMENT GUIDELINES

Eligibility for Returns:

a. Items are eligible for return for 30 days from the date of delivery.

b. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.

 

Restocking Fee:

a. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the return is related to a manufacturing defect.

 

Return Process:

a. Customers must initiate the return process within the specified return period.

b. Customers must contact customer support at info@oxbodecors.com including their full name, the invoice #, the reason for return and photos of the product to help us investigate.

 

Condition of Returned Items:

a. If an item is not returned in its original condition, the store reserves the right to reject the return or charge an additional restocking fee.

 

Refund Options:

a. Refunds can be provided as store credit or through the original payment method.

b. Refunds may take up to 5 business days to process.

 

Return Shipping:

a. All costs associated with the return of the product will be paid for by the client, except in the case of a manufacturing defect or the wrong product received. All cases will be assessed by our team.

b. Original shipping charges will not be refunded.

 

Exchange Policy:

a. Exchanges are accepted as long as the items being returned are in their original condition, unused, and with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
